Hollowcore Extruders
Ultra-Span's hollowcore extruders create a high quality, dense slab with a very dry concrete mix. As a result you get a hollowcore slab that cures in as quick as 6 hours and requires less cement, which means more profit and greater productivity. |
Saws
Ultra-Span saws are capable of performing 90º cross cuts, 180º rip cuts, and angle cuts up to 45º left or right directly on the casting bed. |
Production Services Vehicle
The PSV turns a two to five man operation into a one man operation. The PSV cleans the casting beds, applies release agent, and pulls up to seven prestressing strands. |
Casting Pallets and Lifting Clamps
Casting pallets are made in 5.59m sections and are constructed to accomodate under pallet heating.
The heavy duty lifting clamps have very high load ratings and feature quick engagement and release design for smooth continuous workflow. |
